How to read the HS LINEAR model code

The base model identifies a stable mechanical configuration. The drive field now uses one consistent dimension: BS for Ball Screw and HB for Hybrid: Belt + Ball Screw. Embedded construction is shown separately as a product feature.

Model index is not a size01 / 02 / 03 distinguishes mechanical configurations within the same architecture, axis count and drive group.
RFQ reference adds selectionsOrientation, X/Y/Z strokes, motor package, delivery state and standard/non-standard status are added after model selection.
Configuration ID locks the orderThe final BOM, drawing revision, motors, sensors, cables and project-specific scope are controlled by the CFG ID.

“2-axis” and “3-axis” describe controlled Cartesian axes. Dual-X Gantry has two controlled axes but uses three linear actuators because the two X actuators move synchronously.
